We appreciate our volunteers and welcome anyone to join us.
With heavy government overreach, it became time to stand up for our human rights.
We seek a Constitutional Amendment for Bodily Autonomy.
Help us stop government overreach.
This petition is for an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, for bodily autonomy and independence. That is, autonomy and independence from an over-reaching government. Our bodies exist independent of the government, they are our natural presence and therefore we have natural rights to do what we want to our bodies. As such, providing services to help us fulfill these rights is critical to that end. This petition is for all of that. In contrast to persecution by those who would seek to impose their values and beliefs unto others, which is not in keeping with the very founding of this great country. Please sign and show your support for limited government and the protection of our God given rights.
Proposed legislation/bill:
“(a) No person shall be compelled by law to acquiesce to medical treatments or procedures, collection of specimens, or sharing of personal data or medical information. A person’s fundamental rights to privacy, travel, and speech afforded under the United States Constitution shall not be infringed upon to impede the making of decisions for themselves or for their dependents, including, but not limited to, health and medical care, including complementary and alternative healthcare services, education, employment, travel, and lifestyle preferences.
(b) All persons shall be free of interference in their bodily autonomy, as a matter of law. A person’s fundamental rights to privacy, travel, and speech afforded under the United States Constitution shall not be infringed upon to impede the making of decisions related to one’s own property, specifically their physical and mental being. These rights extend to inclusion of the right to medical treatments or procedures that causes the inurement of the survival of a pregnant female from an ectopic pregnancy, cause to be concluded any illegitimately established pregnancy resulting from rape, incest, accident, or other similar act, and causes a persons continued physical survival so as to avoid interruption to the person’s ability to fulfill one’s rights as set forth in the United States Constitution.
(c) All persons shall have the unobstructed right to immediate medical testing and approved treatment to fulfill the evident and necessary identification process to establish the applicable condition as set herein. Further, all persons shall be granted unencumbered privacy, regardless of age or circumstance, in the fulfillment of such services. Any associated medical testing to identify a condition suspected by the person, shall be done at the behest of the Person and immediately fulfilled by a service provider, with any required medical treatments or procedures to be done within a (10) week window upon identification of the condition, with rights to immediate treatment established herein.
(d) As such, regular monitoring of one's physical condition is compulsory, toward partnership, with the rights set herein.
(e) Therefore, organizations, entities, and service providers providing or to provide services to fulfill the rights set herein shall be managed through health care provision. Where health care provision is absent, provision shall be through Medicare or through a subsidized regulated third party. No governmental agency or third party shall encumber the fulfillment of the rights set herein, whether materially, directly or indirectly, whether by written, verbal, oral or otherwise implied word.
(f) No employer shall terminate the employment of an employee solely on the basis of the employee’s choice to engage or not engage with medical treatment. An employee who is wrongfully terminated on these grounds may bring action for (i) an injunction against any further violation; (ii) appropriate affirmative relief, including, but not limited to, admission or reinstatement of employment with back pay plus 10 percent interest; and (iii) any other relief necessary to ensure compliance with this Act. Unless otherwise prescribed, any person or official who willfully violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a violation of Title 42 USC 1983, and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
